With developers seemingly keen to outdo each other in the use of the land, the design of the Bangkok condominium buildings built on the edge of the Chaophraya have become some of the most extravagant and impressive in Bangkok.

The Watermark Chao Phraya is possibly the most extravagant Chao Phraya condominium development to date, with a list of facilities as long as any Bangkok condominium development. If you live in The Chatrium the easiest and fastest way to got to the BTS is by Saphan Taksin BTS station or Surasak BTS station, depending on which way you travel to the station.

The recently built condos in Lat Phrao a northerly area of Bangkok, are of course modern stylish, beautiful and given their location better value than those in more central Bangkok districts such as Sukhumvit, Sathorn and Silom.
