Firstly though we will look at the accommodation for teachers in the Ratchada area of Bangkok. Ratchada also known as Ratchadaphisek has seen a huge amount of development in the last 5-6 years. What used to be a semi-industrial through road has become a thriving and inviting residential area. Highlights include the Esplanade center, the new Central Mall at Rama 9 and dozens of beautiful modern condominiums including Life@Sutthisan, Life@Huaykwang , the Ideo Huaykwang and the Ivy Ratchada.

Life@Ratchada-Sutthisan condo or sometimes referred to as just Life@Sutthisan condo to avoid confusion is a new well located condo, less than 50m from the Suthisan MRT station. There have been several Ideo condominiums built which like the Ideo Huaykwang, offer great facilities and units.
